
Sadness, is a bad bad feeling. I wish we know “How can we deal with these feelings”. It’s easy to handle happiness but dealing with “Sadness” seems very difficult.
As you may aware of my previous posts, that time is very bad for me and it’s teaching a lot of life theories these days. I had never learned about life in previous year compare to what life has teaching me from past three months.
I am trying to develop a mind-set or techniques which can help us to stay strong and face the bad time with a smile. As you know, I love to read quotes and I love to be motivated and inspired, these hard days are keep reminding of those quotes, which I have shared with others.
How to get rid of sadness?
I would encourage you to read good inspirational books. Please do read them, I am facing the bad face with a courage and whole heart, this happens because of the books which I have read in previous months.
Secondly, make good wise friends, those know you well and those are good listener. Share your sorrow with them, share your sadness with them, if they told you that you did wrong, admit it, and if they said that you are not wrong, then don’t feel guilty about anything, believe me, your best friend know you well.
Third, get involve with those thing, which you like the most. The more to sit idle, the more you are going to dwell in the sadness, get yourself busy somewhere, try to make new hobbies, and new friends. Remember, there are more sadness out in the world and your condition are much better compare to them.
