Do you worry a lot? If yes stop worrying. They don’t bring good things. As per some good books , the things for which you worry about, normally won’t happen in the reality. It’s a fact.
If you want to prove it, try this :
1. Write 5 worries of yours in a paper
2. Put that paper in a drawer and forget it for 2 months
3. After 2 months bring the paper out from drawer and check how many of your worries actually come to true J .
