Day 1:
It’s the first day and it didn’t starts well.
Faced the most of the troubles on the first day itself.
Was thinking about “What is the benefits of it, why should I need to do that, why do I need to write a blog, and why do I need to wake up in early morning.”?
But, I choose to start it, I choose to start the journey. I have to overcome from the obstacles. Everyone has to.
When peace of our mind get disturb, we feel disoriented. Our peace of mind should be protected, so that, no one else can disturb it. So that no external disturbance can effect it.
I don’t know why this happens, but, did you ever realised, that you are eager you start something, and you want to do something, and somehow you feel that everyone is against it, you suddenly feeling negative and giving up?
What you do at that time? Give up? Or still do that stuff?
I choose to do it. I decide to do it. It’s doesn’t matter how hard the situation is, it doesn’t matter how difficult the circumstances are, but, I will start my journey, and I have started it today.
Mental status:
I was not feeling to write this blog post, spent lots of time with arguing with someone and that chew all of my energy.
BUT, I have decided to write a blog post and I have decided to do it, whatever the condition is I have to do this.
No peace in mind, not able to concentrate and feeling irritated and distracted.
Weaknesses:
I am making a plan to cure the weaknesses.
I have selected the English language first. Below is the action plan to cure the weaknesses.
1. English Written Skills.
a. Get a book of English Grammar and start reading it?
2. English Verbal Skills.
a. Read 2 News Paper article daily.
Dream Chasing:
I am planning to send an email to PluralSight to know, if there is any choice of making a course in my local regional language HINDI.
Let’s see if I got a positive result.
New Weekly Goal:
I have achieved my previous goal successfully. Now it’s time to create a new one.
Rather than adding a 3 new goals in same time. I am adding one Goal at a time. My last week GOAL was to wake up between 5:30AM – to 6:00AM, I am keeping this GOAL as it is along with 2 new Goals
1. Waking up early in the morning by 5:45 Am – to – 6:00 AM
2. Read 2 News Articles Daily.
3. Read and work on English Grammar book daily.
Hurdles :
Today seems day of hurdles. J
1. Bad Headaches
2. Not having peace of mind.
3. Feeling dis-oriented
4. A little bit irrigated too.
Problem: Not feeling working, and not feeling to do anything?
Solution Found:
If you are not feeling to do any work and you have some important work pending, Do the below to overcome from Procrastination.
1. Pick a blank paper and write anything you want, draw pictures, circles, anything you like.
2. Read a nice song or music you like.
3. Start doing, what you are not feeling to do, don’t think much, and just start doing it. Remember, you don’t need to feel, to do anything, just start doing and you will be amazed, that it works. Believe me, I tried it and it works.
Daily Lesson learned:
Need to learn more about human relations, and need to practice of being a good listener and I should know, what to say, and what not to say.
How? I don’t know it yet.
Fable :
I have also decided to records fables in english and will upload them to the You tube. You can hear the first fable ” Two Frogs in the Milk” from the below link.
